The head office of Salvelinus is located in C/Pablo Remacha 17 3º 9ª, 50008 Zaragoza.

Each trip comercialize by SALVELINUS in its websiet, is organized under the technical organization of VIAJES NORTE SUR CAA21, Paseo Sagasta 32-38, local, 50006-Zaragoza (Spain).

2.-OBJECTIVE

The aim of SALVELINUS through this web site is to provide an additional channel of communication with its users, clients and the public in general in order to communicate its commercial offers and receive requests for information and orders for both products and services.

9.- VENUE FOR DISPUTES

10.- GENERAL TRAVEL CONDITIONS

Contracts

All prices are VAT inclusive. Places are subject to availability.

A trip can be booked both by a group and by an individual.

Clients are required to be in possession of the necessary fishing licenses for the country/ region (Aragon, Navarre and/or Catalonia for example) where the fishing will take place. These can be obtained online and SALVELINUS can process the request if the client so desires. A photocopy of the ID or passport of the anglers is required by law, and that includes all children. An official receipt proving the angler has formally applied to the competent authorities for ID or the renovation of same is also acceptable. Passports are required for non – Spanish nationals wishing to fish in Spain.

A photocopy of their passport is required from those journeying abroad from Spain..

Methods of Payment

Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation with a minimum of 90 days notice the amount paid as a reservation will be set aside for future trips. Clients who cancel a trip in a time period of less than 90 days shall lose 50% of the amount deposited as a reservation.

Salvelinus reserves the right to reprogram, vary or cancel activities due to adverse weather conditions, the security of those traveling or those circumstances that insurance companies classify as acts of God.

Those trips organized on the basis of two anglers per guide are subject to the presence of two anglers on the trip. If the trip is cancelled due to there not being two anglers, the money paid by the remaining client will be refunded.

Travel Insurance

Salvelinus offers travel insurance which covers medical assistance, cancellation costs etc.
